Structured BYO lets members tune components, macros, and allergens; free-text BYO lets them type any craving - "make it vegan", "high protein, low carb" - and get a three-meal menu with AI-written names, descriptions, and images. Live for 100% of users in KSA and Bahrain.
Grew BYO past its launch category. Shipped structured lunch categories, then added a full breakfast experience - scaling the engine into a multi-daypart personalisation surface that covers more of each member's week.

A sandboxed recipe environment that replaced spreadsheet workflows for the kitchen team. A structured 2-step NPD approval lets chefs publish directly to the food database - with an LLM-powered assistant that scales recipes, finds substitutes, and teaches Calo's food philosophy.
